How can I get a product catalog or technical data?
You can download the e-version of our product catalog from our official website, or contact our sales team directly for CAD drawings, specification sheets, and product selection guidance. We will respond within one working day.
Do you provide samples for testing?
Yes. We offer paid samples for new customers. The sample fee can be refunded after bulk orders are placed. Long-term partners may apply for free samples based on cooperation policies.
What is your product warranty period?
The standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of shipment. Any performance issues caused by manufacturing defects within the warranty period are eligible for free repair or replacement.
Which regions do you export to?
Zhonghai products are exported to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. We have established a stable international logistics network supporting sea, air, and multimodal transport to ensure on-time delivery.
